LivingWood
is a range of solid oak and chestnut tongued-&-grooved flooring strips, in 23 or 10
mm thicknesses. It is suitable for flooring, paneling, table-tops and
work-surfaces, where highest quality, long life and superior strength are
desired.
Derived
from managed deciduous woodland,
LivingWood
hardwood
flooring is attractive, natural, hygienic, durable, easily cleaned and
maintained.
Unlike
some so-called 'hardwood flooring', LivingWood
strips are single, solid pieces of natural timber - not
laminated veneers. They are not factory treated with coatings. We recommend site
application of our own natural vegetable and wax -based oil.
LivingWood
cannot wear through, puncture or suffer irregular staining - all problems known
to plague laminated alternatives.
